About Felicia
Blending her love of fashion with visual storytelling to create memorable moments for you, Felicia Bittle is a preeminent image consultant and entrepreneur based in Charlotte, NC. Known for her unique approach to fashion, Felicia’s 15 years of expertise is engaged for personal and magazine styling, wardrobe consultations, media styling contributions and speaking engagements. Felicia has crafted a styling experience centered around services that inspire her clients to look great and feel comfortable as they step into any room.
Always looking to give back and share her knowledge, Felicia frequently speaks at styling and entrepreneurial seminars, panel discussions and podcast shows. She is currently facilitating a seminar series called “Dress for Success: Why Your Image Matters” for Fortune 500 companies, Universities, and several nonprofits focusing on how your complete image is leveraged to inform many audiences and influence your opportunities.
In addition, she has established the Sadie's Baby Endowed Scholarship Fund at NC A&T State University providing emergency transportation and housing for students in need.
Believing in harnessing style as a tool, Felicia continuously demonstrates through her work how the transformative power of fashion can inspire and project confidence, self-love and self-expression by styling the uniqueness of you.
Education & Expertise
In addition to graduating from NC Agricultural & Technical State University with a BS in Accounting, Felicia earned an MBA from UNC Charlotte.
Felicia currently creates styling segments for The Charlotte Today Show and WCCB News Rising and has also been featured in The Charlotte Observer, Uptown Magazine, and Diversity Professional Magazine. Additionally, Felicia is a Certified Personal Stylist, Certified Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, and Kanban Certified Professional.
She serves as a member of The Crown Jewels Chapter of The Links, Inc., The Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Queen City-Charlotte Alumni Chapter North Carolina A&T State University, and The Chancellor’s Roundtable at North Carolina A&T State University.
Recognitions include 25 Most Stylish of Charlotte, The She Is Fancy ASATA Award, 22 Charlotte NC Fashion & Style Influencers to Meet, 2022 Best Wardrobe Stylist in Charlotte and Crowning Beauty Queen of Image Award Recipient.
Fashion Roots
Growing up, every Saturday Felicia would sit in her parents’ room and help her father prepare his attire for church. This prepared her to come up with creative ways to differentiate looks, advise on clothing styles, color selections and personal styles. She enjoyed the styling process and helping people express themselves through dress.
That’s when Felicia started subscribing to magazines to research fashion trends. She learned how to coordinate textures and patterns to develop unique yet cohesive outfits. To this day, Felicia continues to research new trends and designers to help her develop original concepts.
Felicia uses her knowledge of fashion trends to help individuals feel confident in their unique style and businesses to communicate clear, professional brand messaging.
