The Sadie’s Baby Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in memory of my grandmother, Sadie Bell, at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. Our mission is to award monetary funds to students in need of emergency transportation to/from school, to/from home and temporary housing.
Endowment funds have a common objective to provide support not just for one year, or even one generation, but in perpetuity. Donating to this endowment allows you to fulfill your own personal philanthropic goals while helping support the needs and mission of our beloved NC A&T State University.
No contribution is too small and every amount counts!

Personal Satisfaction
Making a real difference by doing something important and lasting is highly satisfying. The feeling that comes with helping others is so gratifying and enriching.
Strengthening my Alma Mater…
Which I truly care about! This endowment provides funds to help sustain their facilities, programs, and personnel. Annual income from an endowment eases some of that financial pressure. Having a strong endowment allows charities to have a financially stable future.
Our Family Name Lives On
Our family name is now attached to an endowment fund, and because the funds are permanent, our legacy will carry that name in perpetuity and perhaps influence future generations in the family. Sadie’s baby also honors loved ones.
